This customer finded us through the official website. The glow powder used by the customer was purchased from the dealer at a higher price. He wanted to find products with lower price and appropriate brightness. Our salesmen recommended JPG-364 and JPB-394 glow powder and introduced how to use. The customer bought 1kg JPG-364 (70-80um particle size) yellow green glow powder, and 1kg JPB-394 (70-80um) blue green glow powder. The advantage of high brightness met the customer's requirements. We reached cooperation and formed a long-term supply relationship. In the process of communication with him, we had helped solve his problems. On 12th, March, he ordered 420kg and started to massively produce his products.

  • Application case—— Masterbatch


    Mr. Wang inquired from Baidu on June 14, 2019. He needed luminous ABS
    masterbatch to make plastic mobile phone case. He used our JULIANG model abs-
    40 luminous masterbatch with 10% addition ratio for injection molding.
    Previously, Mr. Wang used other glow powder for injection molding, but the
    phenomenon of blackening appeared. Juliang technology department believeed that
    it was caused by uneven dispersion. We suggested that Mr. Wang use our luminous masterbatch to alleviate the blackening of injection molding. The following is the effect picture of luminous plastic mobile phone case produced by Mr. Wang:
    After understanding the injection molding process, addition proportion and price of ABS luminous masterbatch, Mr. Wang took 2kg luminous masterbatch as sample, and then the luminous effect met the expectation. On the evening of July 10, Mr. Wang communicated with us to ask for another 10kg ABS luminous masterbatch.

Mr. Xiao consulted our company on July 8 from Baidu to know the product information of yellow green glow powder, the prices and the luminous printing method of cotton woven fabric.Mr. Xiao is the person in charge of a textile group. Our professional salesman suggested that Mr. Xiao should make a white depression on the black surface before printing yellow green glow powder, which would be better. Luminous masterbatch can effectively alleviate the problem of glow powder blackening in injection molding process. We strongly recommend the luminous masterbatch if you have no injection molding experiences. Luminous masterbatch can be directly mixed with the same type of raw materials for injection molding. The usage amount is generally 10% - 20%. In this range, the greater the dosage, the better the brightness and durability of luminous.
