How to control the quality of raw material?



For each batch of newly purchased raw materials, the production staff will randomly take a small amount of samples and send them to the testing center to test their particle size. If the standard is met, the batch of raw materials can be smoothly used in the next step. If it fails, the batch of materials will be returned and exchanged with the supplier to obtain a new batch, and then repeat the previous test until it is qualified.


 

How to control the mixture of raw material?



The process of mixing multiple raw materials is called mixing. Even if the quantity of the mixed raw materials is relatively large, such as weighing 1 ton, the staff will divide the batch into multiple groups, such as 200kg per group. The staff will take a separate sample before formal production, take a small amount of samples to make a finished product, and then check the parameters of the qualified product to determine whether the group can successfully produce. If there is any unqualified phenomenon, the group will be debugged again to ensure its qualification. In this way, it can avoid the phenomenon of large batches of unqualified products.
 

How to control the calcination?




Qualified mixed raw materials will be sent to the kiln for high temperature calcination, and the staff will regularly test the fired products every day. If a product with unacceptable brightness is found, it is generally because the temperature in the furnace is not high enough to cause insufficient product highlights. The product will be sent back to the furnace for high temperature re-firing to ensure that it is fired at the standard temperature for a long enough time. In order to obtain qualified product effects.

How to control the screening?




The fired powder products are already considered semi-finished products and need to be screened. Through the screen of the vibration screening machine, the products are classified according to different particle sizes, and the products with different particle sizes are obtained, corresponding to different model names. If there is a problem with the drying net, the particle size of the screened product will not meet the standard requirements. Therefore, the staff will regularly check the machine and the drying net every day. The batches are re-screened to ensure that the finished products of each batch are qualified products that meet the specified particle size requirements.
